Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Mix 3/4 cup of flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
    Heat milk, water and margarine.
    Add dry ingredients and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Add 1/4 cup flour and beat for 2 more minutes on high speed.
    Add remaining cup of flour.
    Knead on floured board. Divide into 12 pieces and shape into balls.
    Put into 8-inch cake pan; cover and place in cold oven with pan of boiling water.
    Let dough rise about 30 minutes.
    Remove water.
    Uncover rolls and bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
