Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. can pineapple
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons of liquid.
    Combine sugar and flour.
    Stir in pineapple juice.
    Add cheese and pineapple, mixing well.
    Spoon mixture into greased casserole dish.
    Combine butter and cracker crumbs; stir well and sprinkle over pineapple mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
