Party Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
4 oz. cream cheese (soft)
1/2 c. butter
salt
pepper
garlic powder or salt
2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Place frozen potatoes in 9 x 13-inch pan or baking dish.
In bowl, stir soup, sour cream, cream cheese, salt, pepper and garlic.
Pour mixture over potatoes.
Melt butter and pour over top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Put cheese on top and bake another 15 minutes.
If you put them in a crock-pot, bake them first in the oven.
Add the cheese after the potatoes are in the crock-pot.
