Lava Flow - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. ice
1 shot white (silver) rum
1 shot coconut syrup
1 shot half and half
1 shot pineapple juice
1/4 banana
1/2 pt. frozen strawberries
1 can real whip cream
maraschino cherries

Preparation

Blend the first 6 ingredients until slush. Ahead of time, thaw the strawberries and puree. In a tall clear glass, pour 1/4-inch strawberry puree; fill remaining glass with blended ingredients and top with real whip cream. Add cherry on top.
