Cranberry Vinegar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. white vinegar
    3/4 c. water
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 cinnamon stick
    1 pkg. (12 oz.) fresh or frozen cranberries
Preparation
    In a saucepan, bring all the ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes or until the cranberries burst. Cool. Strain through a fine sieve into bottles or jars. Seal tightly. Throw away cranberries and cinnamon stick. Chill until ready to use in your favorite dishes.
