Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmon juice
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sweet milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 stick melted margarine
    pinch of salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix baking soda with persimmon juice.
    Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt.
    Mix milk, eggs, margarine and persimmon juice mixture.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake in a margarine greased pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
