Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round or sirloin steak
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can mushrooms
    2 pods garlic
    3 Tbsp. red wine
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat in large skillet.
    Add undiluted soup, undrained mushrooms, minced garlic, wine, salt and pepper.
    Simmer for approximately 4 hours.
    Serve over noodles, rice or grits.
