Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated carrots
1 1/2 c. nuts
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 small can crushed pineapple, undrained
Preparation

Mix together dry ingredients and add carrots, oil, pineapple and eggs.
If desired, add orange rind. Bake in oiled and floured tube pan for 1 hour or until done. Cool and serve plain or frosted.
