Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. hamburger
    1/4 c. Tender Quick curing salt (Morton)
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Mix hamburger and salt.
    Let stand in refrigerator 4 hours or overnight.
    Add liquid smoke, garlic and pepper; mix well.
