Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 c. whipped cream
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    sliced maraschino cherries to taste
Preparation
    Heat pineapple with 1 1/4 cups water.
    When hot (not boiling), add jello.
    Add cheese and stir well.
    Chill.
    Add whipped cream and maraschino cherries.
    Let stand overnight.
