Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. zucchini pulp
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add oil, sugar, vanilla and zucchini. Mix lightly, but well.
    Add dry ingredients and nuts.
    Mix thoroughly. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan or divide into two loaf pans. Generously grease and flour pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Time varies according to oven.
    Test with toothpick for doneness.
