Uncooked Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. pecans
    4 c. English walnuts
    8 slices candied pineapple (green is pretty)
    1 lb. candied cherries
    1 lb. graham cracker crumbs
    1 lb. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. sweet milk
Preparation
    Add cracker crumbs and nuts to fruit (cut up the pineapple just a little, leave cherries whole).
    Heat milk, add marshmallows; stir until melted (do not burn).
    Then add milk and marshmallows to nuts, fruit and crumbs.
    Mix with hands.
    Pack tightly into pans lined with wax paper or plastic wrap.
    Refrigerate to cool.
    Wrap and freeze.
    Keeps up to a year.
    (Mini loaf pans 2 1/4 x 4 1/4-inch can be used or other loaf pans.)
