Oatmeal Pudding Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. softened oleo
3/4 c. light brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. raisins (optional)
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Cream first 4 ingredients until fluffy.
Add eggs beating well.
Mix soda with flour and add to batter, beating at low speed.
Stir in oats, raisins and nuts.
Drop on ungreased cookie sheet about 1 teaspoonful 2 inches apart.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cool on baking sheet 10 minutes.
Makes 5 dozen.
