Green Tomato Catsup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salt
    1 Tbsp. allspice
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. cloves
    6 pods green pepper
    2 gal. green tomatoes
    8 heads cabbage
    12 onions
    1 bunch carrots
Preparation
    Squeeze juice out of the above after grinding up.
    Put in vinegar mixture and add 1 tablespoon black pepper, 8 cups sugar and let boil full 15 minutes.
    Fill pint jars and seal with hot two piece jar lids.
    Makes a lot of catsup so you can make 1/3 or 1/2 of this recipe.
    Will keep sealed a long time.
