Potatoes With Rosemary - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5-6 large potatoes
    A small bunch rosemary
    3-4 garlic cloves
    1/4 C olive oil
    1 tsp salt
    Pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wash and peel potatoes then cut into thin, round slices. Arrange them in an oven pan that has been greased with olive oil. Wash rosemary and trim the leaves.
    Sprinkle over potatoes.
