Peach-Nuttiest Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 3/4 oz.) jar strained peaches
    1/3 c. light corn syrup
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    dash of ground cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. broken pecan halves
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine first 4 ingredients.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.
    Cook 1 to 2 minutes.
    Stir in butter and vanilla.
    Add pecans.
    Serve warm over ice cream.
    Makes 3/4 cup.
