Graham Cracker Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 graham crackers, crushed
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick oleo
    3 eggs, separated
    1 c. chopped nuts (pecans preferred)
    1 pkg. chopped dates
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Combine graham crackers, sugar, oleo, egg yolks, nuts, dates, baking powder, milk and coconut.
    Mix well.
    Beat egg whites and fold in last.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Will keep like a fruit cake.
