Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, diced and boiled in water with salt until tender
    3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. dill pickles, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 medium sweet white onion, diced
    1 small jar pimentos, diced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    paprika (optional)
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, eggs, pickles, celery, onion and pimentos. Add remaining ingredients, except paprika; mix well.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Serves 8.
