Homemade Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. lard
4 to 5 c. sifted self-rising flour
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Mix lard and flour well, then add buttermilk; mix well until nonsticky.
Grease 8-inch biscuit pan, then roll out dough and cut. Makes 10 biscuits.
