Apricot Nectar Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow cake
4 eggs, separated
3/4 c. cooking oil
3/4 c. apricot nectar
2 Tbsp. lemon extract
Preparation

To cake mix, add egg yolks, oil, nectar and extract.
Mix. Beat whites and fold into cake mix.
Bake in a tube pan for 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
