Strawberry Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large pkg. strawberry jello
1 large pkg. frozen strawberries
1 pt. sour cream or cream cheese
1 c. hot water
1 small can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Dissolve jello in hot water.
Add strawberries and undrained pineapple; mix well.
Pour 1/2 into dish; cool until congealed. Mix cream cheese or sour cream and pecans.
Spread over jello; add remaining strawberry mixture and chill until set.
