Classic Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. nonfat sour cream
2 stalks celery, sliced
1/4 tsp. black pepper
3 Tbsp. snipped fresh parsley
2 tsp. snipped dill
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
6 c. diced potatoes
4 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
1 hard-cooked egg
3 Tbsp. minced scallions
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, celery, black pepper, parsley, dill, garlic, mayonnaise and mustard.
Add the potatoes and toss gently to coat.
Top the salad with bacon, egg slices and scallions.
Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
Servings: 8.
