Frosted Shortbread Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. margarine, softened to room temperature
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips or mint flavored chocolate chips
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix the sifted flour with brown sugar.
    Cut in (with a pastry blender or fork) margarine to this mixture until it resembles coarse meal.
    Press firmly in ungreased jelly roll pan (10 x 15 x 1-inch).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
    While still hot, spread on the chocolate chips and sprinkle with nuts.
    Cut while warm.
    May be refrigerated also.
