Praline Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 c. sugar (white)
1/3 c. light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 c. mashed sweet potatoes
2 large eggs, well beaten
3/4 c. hot milk

Preparation

Combine white and brown sugar and spices.
Blend in eggs and sweet potatoes.
Stir in hot milk.
Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
