Easy Mousaka - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium eggplants
    3 large onions, finely chopped
    2 lb. ground lamb or beef
    1/2 c. dry red wine
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    6 Tbsp. flour
    4 eggs, beaten until frothy
    2 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. butter or margarine, divided
    3 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    freshly ground pepper to taste
    1 qt. milk
    nutmeg to taste
    1 c. fine bread crumbs
Preparation
    Peel eggplants and slice 1/2-inch thick.
    Brown slices quickly in skillet in 4 tablespoons butter or oleo (set aside).
    Heat 4 tablespoons butter or oleo in skillet.
    Saute onions until light brown.
    Add ground meat and cook 10 minutes.
    Combine tomato paste with wine, parsley, cinnamon, salt and pepper.
    Stir into meat. Simmer, stirring frequently, until all liquid is absorbed.
    Remove from heat.
