Gourmet Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, cooked, cooled, peeled and shredded
    1 to 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. finely grated green onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    paprika
Preparation
    Combine cheese and 1/4 cup butter in saucepan; stir over low heat until almost melted.
    Remove from heat.
    Blend in sour cream, seasonings and 2 green onions.
    Fold in potatoes.
    Turn into greased 2-quart casserole.
    Dot with remaining butter and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 35 minutes.
