Brunch Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. water or milk
    1 round loaf sourdough bread
    2 pkg. cream cheese
    2 c. chopped pecans
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and water.
    Set aside.
    Chop pecans.
    Zap cream cheese in microwave so it is easily spreadable.
