Kibbet-Et-Roohib(Monk'S Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. lentils, washed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 gal. water
    2 c. fine wheat, washed
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. seasoning used for kibbee (basil, mint, green pepper, onion)
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    3-4 cloves garlic, crushed (to taste)
    1 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Boil lentils and salt in water.
    Cool for 30 mins. over medium heat.
    Mix together cracked wheat, flour seasoning, pepper, salt and cumin.
    Form wheat mixture into small balls.
    Add to lentils and water.
    Add crushed garlic, lemon juice and oil.
    If desired, add more water.
