Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beaten egg (omit yolk if desired)
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. instant onion flakes
    1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    pinch of sugar
    pinch of allspice
    pinch of nutmeg
    1 1/4 lb. ground lean beef
Preparation
    Beat egg, add milk, bread crumbs and seasonings.
    Add meat and mix well.
    Shape into small balls and cook in microwave a few minutes, then brown quickly in little oil.
    Simmer in gravy 1/2 hour.
