Ambrosia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium oranges
    1 - 15 ounce can unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained
    1/4 cup grated fresh coconut
    2 pounds hamburger
    1 medium onion
    1 clove garlic (finely minced)
    1 can kidney beans
    3 cans Mexican style stewed tomatoes
    1 can chili hot beans
    1 can green chilies
    1 can Mexican style corn
    1 can shoe peg corn
    1 package taco seasoning
    1 package Hidden Valley Ranch dry dressing mix
Preparation
    Simmer at least 45 minutes or put in crockpot (low) for 6-8 hours.
    Toppings:
    corn chips, sour cream, shredded lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped tomatoes.
    Spoon soup into bowls; top with desired toppings.
