Coney Island Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/3 c. onion, diced fine
1/2 c. celery, diced fine
1 c. ketchup
juice of 1 small lemon
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. cumin
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
hot dogs and buns
Preparation
-
Saute meat and crumble into small pieces.
Drain grease.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer 1 hour.
Arrange hot dogs in buns; top with sauce.
