Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated raw potatoes
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Drop mixture into hot oil and flatten with a spoon.
    Brown both sides until golden; drain on paper towel.
    Serves 4 to 6.
    Serve with meat for supper or spread with jelly and roll for a hot snack.
