Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 large potatoes, sliced thin
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 large onion, sliced
    flour
    butter
    salt
    pepper
    8 to 10 oz. Cheddar or Colby cheese
Preparation
    Grease and flour casserole dish. Place a layer of potatoes, then a layer of onions.
    Salt and pepper and sprinkle flour over potatoes and onions.
    Next place a layer of cheese over potatoes and onions.
    Put 4 or 5 dabs of butter on cheese.
    Continue layering until finishing potatoes and onions.
    When finished, pour milk over casserole and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes or until thickened and done to fork touch.
