Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. shortening
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. floured berries
Preparation

Proceed in the same way as making a cake.
Reserve enough flour to sprinkle over the berries.
Fold in berries last.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
