Sand Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. margarine (room temperature)
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 bag mini chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation
    Beat margarine and sugar for 5 minutes.
    Dissolve soda in vinegar.
    Add to mix.
    Add vanilla.
    Beat in flour.
    Fold in chocolate chips (if used).
    Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
