Garlic Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    8 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
    salt
    pepper
    lemon
Preparation
    Heat oil and butter in a large skillet.
    Add garlic and shrimp; sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
    Saute 2 to 3 minutes, until shrimp is pink.
    Turn shrimp with a spatula and cook 2 minutes longer.
    Remove shrimp; garnish with lemon wedges. Serve over rice.
    Yield:
    2 to 3 servings.
