Jardinare - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cauliflower flowerets, cook al dente
    carrots, sliced and cooked al dente
    raw celery (string it), cut in pieces
    1 green pepper, cut in pieces
    1 red pepper, cut in pieces
    celery seed
    allspice (whole, optional)
    white vinegar (save your pickle juices for this)
Preparation
    Put prepared vegetables in large bowl.
    Add 1 cup white cider vinegar and 1/3 cup water and pickle juice if necessary.
    Add celery seed and allspice.
    Marinate 24 hours minimum.
