Macaroni Y La Tofu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cooked macaroni or spaghetti
    1 red pepper, cut and cleaned
    1 medium onion
    1 large clove garlic
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional always)
    1/2 tsp. salt to taste
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. soy or tofu milk mixed out in 1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients, except the parsley, in blender.
    Taste (be sure it is seasoned to your taste; add whatever is needed).
