Chimichangas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef stew meat
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (4 oz.) green chili peppers, diced
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
    dash of pepper
    6 flour tortillas
    oil
    shredded lettuce
    sour cream
    picante sauce
Preparation
    Cook meat, water, garlic and salt 1 1/2 hours until tender. Uncover and boil 12 minutes.
    Shred meat and add peppers, vinegar, chili powder, cumin and pepper.
    Heat until warm.
    Fill warmed tortilla and wrap or roll up envelope fashion.
    Cook 3 tortillas in 1 inch of hot oil, about a minute on each side until brown. Drain.
    Add garnishes.
