Creamy Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 1 large (9-inch) pie shell
    1 3/4 c. canned pumpkin
    1 can Borden Eagle Brand condensed milk
    1 large egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 c. hot water
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Beat all ingredients together with rotary or electric beater.
    Bake for 50 to 55 minutes until knife inserted in side of filling comes out clean.
