Cheese Rice With Broccoli: 15 Minutes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    3/4 c. water
    3/4 c. 2% low-fat milk
    6 slices (3/4 oz. each) process American cheese
    1 1/2 c. Minute instant rice
Preparation
    Bring broccoli, water and milk to boil in saucepan.
    Add 5 of the cheese slices; stir until completely melted.
    Stir in rice; cover.
    Remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Fluff with fork. Garnish with remaining cheese slice.
    Makes 6 servings.
    Recipe can be doubled.
