Chunky Tomato Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ripe tomatoes, chopped (2 c.)
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/4 tsp. minced garlic
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Can store up to 5 days in refrigerator.
