Fancy Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. onion, minced
1/4 c. green onion, minced
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. parsley, minced
1/2 c. tomato juice
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. ketchup

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except ketchup in a large bowl.
Put mixture evenly into pan.
Drizzle with ketchup.
