Turkey Or Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, sliced very thin
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 c. instant rice
    1 lb. or more cooked, cut up chicken or turkey
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Line bottom of casserole dish with onion.
    Mix soup with 2 cans of water.
    Alternate layers of soup, rice and meat.
    Salt and pepper top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until rice is done.
