Warm Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    medium red potatoes (depends on number of servings)
    green peppers (1 pepper to 3 potatoes)
    2 cloves garlic
    olive oil
    lemon juice
    salt
    black pepper
Preparation
    Boil potatoes.
    Cut peppers into strips and saute in olive oil along with garlic.
    Add small amount of black pepper.
    Cut warm, cooked potatoes into chunks.
    Add pepper mixture to potatoes.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice and salt to taste.
    Serve warm.
