Beets With Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. orange juice
3 c. canned sliced beets

Preparation

Mix salt, cornstarch and orange juice in a saucepan.
Cook mixture, stirring constantly, until it has thickened.
Add beets to the sauce and stir carefully.
Heat mixture through and serve. Makes 6 servings.
