Cuban Black Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, cut
    1 c. green pepper
    3/4 c. chopped carrots
    1 c. orange juice
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. coriander
    1 can whole tomatoes (undrained)
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Preparation
    Heat ingredients.
    Bring to a boil and cover.
    Simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from heat.
    Add 1 can cooked black beans.
    Add 4 cups cooked brown rice.
