Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    juice from 1 lemon (2 to 3 Tbsp.)
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    1 c. light cream
    1 to 2 drops yellow food coloring
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Let stand until ready to serve. Serve over Rodney's Biscuits.
    Serves 6.
