Simone'S Cheesy Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. squash
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. Velveeta cheese
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 small onion, diced
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Wash and slice squash, then boil until tender, then drain.
    In a skillet, heat oil and add diced onion and saute.
    Add drained squash and dry ingredients; cook until brown, then stir in cheese until melted.
