Country Fried Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 pork chops
    3/4 c. ketchup
    3/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    1 medium chopped onion
Preparation
    Sprinkle salt in frying pan.
    Brown pork chops using no fat. Pour ingredients over top.
    Cover and simmer for 1 hour or until tender.
